The shuttle departs at fixed times, roughly every 45 minutes between 07:00 and 21:15. The ride takes about 15 minutes. Be there 15 minutes before departure to park and board on time.
No rights can be derived from this time estimate. Allow extra time during strikes, busy holiday periods or heavy traffic on the way.

On departure day
- Let us know via WhatsApp about 15 minutes before you arrive.
- Make sure you're at the site 15 minutes before the scheduled shuttle time, so you can park calmly and board on time.
- Park your car, hop in and we'll take you to Departure Hall 1 in ~10 minutes.
On your return
- Send a message as soon as you've collected your luggage.
- Walk to Departure Hall 3 (upper level) and let us know your gate (A, B, C or D).
- Be ready once you share your location, the shuttle can't wait long.
