"What time should I be at Schiphol?" is perhaps the most common question before departure. Too early wastes your time, too late causes stress. Here's the rule of thumb and how to time your shuttle.
Rule of thumb: 1.5 to 2.5 hours ahead
For flights within Europe we recommend being at Schiphol about 1.5 hours before departure. Travelling outside Europe (intercontinental)? Allow 2 hours for the extra checks. During busy holiday periods, add a little margin.
Work back to your shuttle
From our site in Aalsmeer you're at the departure hall in about 10 minutes. Our shuttle runs at fixed times. With the shuttle planner you enter your flight time and instantly see which shuttle to take and when to be at our site.
Be there 15 minutes before the shuttle
Arrive at our site 15 minutes before the scheduled shuttle time, so you can park calmly and board on time. Let us know via WhatsApp about 15 minutes before you arrive and the shuttle will be ready for you.
On your return, message us once you have your luggage and we'll pick you up at Departure Hall 3. That's how you start and end your trip relaxed.
